Why do I not see detailed product information and pricing online?

You must register for an online account with Total Vein™ in order to see product details and pricing information. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an email notification and can login.

How do I know if you've received my order?

Orders placed online will receive email notification after submission and an email confirmation after processing.
Orders placed via facsimile will receive a facsimile confirmation.
If you do not receive an order processing confirmation, please contact Total Vein™ at 888-868-8346 to ensure your order was received.

What are Total Vein's hours?

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST.

Total Vein observes the following holidays:

Memorial Day

Labor Day

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday-Friday by 3pm CST, will be shipped the same day. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Orders received on Holidays will be shipped the following business day.
